英文简历手册指南及范文

简历的定义：简历其实就是对你自己简短的描述，说明你是哪儿的人、做过那些事，也可以说简历是你自己给自己做广告。当然引起他人注意的广告或者说有说服力、有冲击力的广告是你求职成功的第一步。

简历的长度：程序员一般以2-3页纸为宜。高级研发人员一般不超过4页。CEO等高级行政管理人员当然不在此列。

简历的原则：简单明了，针对性强（To be concise and to the point）。给中介公司的简历则应尽量将关键字词列在上面。

简历的类型：

1. 按时间顺序排列（Chronological） 这是最常见的写法。但请注意时间顺序实际是按倒序排列的。这种简历用于强调你的工作经验，年纪大经验多的人比较适合。

2. 按功能分类写（Functional）这是一种按技能和重要性列出工作经验的格式。这种简历强调你的能力，年轻人比较适合。

履历和简历（CV vs Resume）有何不同：
